At Suppern, every order ships free — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees, no exceptions. This page explains exactly how our shipping works so you always know what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
All orders ship via Standard Shipping (USA) at no cost — FREE. There are no shipping charges at checkout — ever. What you see in your cart is exactly what you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Order cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are handled on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
- During high-volume periods (holiday sales, promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days — we will communicate any delays proactively.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within:
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping Transit: 8–12 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 9–15 business days from order date
All delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.
- Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after your package leaves the warehouse — this is normal and expected.
- You can also track your order at any time by visiting the Track Your Order page on our website.
- If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.
6. Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been submitted, address changes may not be possible.
- We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — please provide a full residential or business street address.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. If you are unable to locate your package:
- Check around your property — front door, mailbox, garage, side entrance, and with neighbors.
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered just before the final drop-off.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to open a missing-package investigation.
- If the matter remains unresolved, email us at info@suppern.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist.
Please note: We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered that are subsequently reported missing or stolen. However, we will always cooperate fully to help you resolve the issue.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, please act quickly:
- Photograph both the damaged packaging and the item itself before discarding anything.
- Email us at info@suppern.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos.
- Our team will review the claim and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after the confirmed delivery date may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please act as quickly as possible.
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase by emailing info@suppern.com right away.
- Once processing has started or a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation is no longer possible.
- If you miss the cancellation window, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.
10. Delays Outside Our Control
Occasionally, delivery timelines can be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather events or natural disasters
- Carrier delays during peak periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- U.S. federal holidays
- Unexpected increases in shipping volume industry-wide
In these situations, we will communicate any known delays as early as possible and continue working to get your order to you. We appreciate your patience.
