All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are handled on the next business day. Once your order ships via USPS, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Our shoes use an orthopedic last with a generous toe box — for wider feet, go one size up. Our dresses and blouses run true to US sizing with a relaxed, easy fit. Detailed measurements are listed on each product page.

For shoes: wipe with a soft, damp cloth, air-dry away from heat, and condition the leather every few months. For dresses and blouses: cold wash inside out or dry-clean delicate silks and wools, and lay flat or hang to dry.
